Refund and Returns Policy

For Coffee Machine Delhi Items/ Products

You may cancel or return your order before and after your product has shipped. You can raise the cancellation or return request with in 24 hours after placing the order or within 7 days of delivered the item. In case you have any query regarding cancellation / return policies you may call our customer care department.

1.Condition: The product must be in its original condition with all packaging and accessories intact.

2.Return Authorization: Please contact our customer support team to initiate the return process. We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.

3.Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4.Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 9 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT ORDERED FROM Coffee Machine Delhi?

To return a product purchased (full payment made through online payment gateway) on Coffee Machine Delhi, just indicate the reason for your return in a short note and E-mail it to info@coffemachinedelhi

We will refund to you the entire cost of the returned item, after deducting bank charges of 2.5%, Services Tax 10% on the bank charges, ECESS of 0.3% on Service Tax, both side freight charges. We will also deduct damage or/and missing part cost in case we receive broken items. Please note that we will provide a refund facility only for products bought from our online store.

WITHIN WHAT TIME PERIOD DO I HAVE TO RETURN THE PRODUCT?

You can return any product bought from Coffee Machine Delhi, before the product is installed at your place. This should be done within 7 days from date of receiving the item.

Exchanges
